REALTORS® are highly motivated and charismatic business people, able to understand and bridge the needs of clients on both sides of a property transaction. We often also are solo practitioners, or interact only with those professionals in our brokerage or immediate locale. In this recurring feature, the Online Washington REALTOR® will introduce Association members from across the state.

service, to my family in our quality of life, and to myself through the personal satisfaction and benifits provided by this career choice.

I Participate in the State Association to: Show that I care about this
industry; continue to foster, develop and promote the highest degree of professionalism and ethics in the industry; help continue the efforts of the professionals that served before me and who paved the way for us to participate in and prosper by this industry.

Most Unusual REALTOR® Memory: Instructing a Realtor® education course without lights or power for seven hours. Yes, it became a fun experience.

Most Challenging Part of the Job: Managing and enhancing the quality and
flow of communications.

Montana, Schweitzer Basin in north Idaho.

What I did on my Last Vacation: I wish you could do all of the above at one
time. Last time out, we did combine the golf with additional days skiing with friends and family.

Why I'm Looking Forward to this Year: This year promises to have some
special opportunies that can be developed.

My Hot Tip for Colleagues: Things are changing. Change with the change.
